Original reflection questions must not be presented as clinically validated. Articles should distinguish evidence, interpretation, and practical suggestion. Medical and legal claims require qualified review before publication.

Corrections should update the page date and record the reason in git history. Instrument changes require a new version rather than silent edits to historical scoring.
